A simple, quick start to the morning

 

 

 

 

Breakfast can be a tough time for many people, including myself! I have been into the breakfast smoothie routine for several years now. I haven't found another option that gives me the flexibility, nutrition and speed I need in the morning!

You can simplify this further by just adding water or a non-dairy beverage (unsweetened almond or coconut milk) to Sun Warrior protein powder. It is one of my favorites given the superior taste and nutrition profile without a lot of sugar.
