It's OK to take a mini vacation; You need it to stay emotional hardy, physically, and spiritually fit for life's challenges. A mini vacation can be as short as a few minutes or as long as you want.

* No make-up day. Pick a day to feel natural and use those few extra minutes for self-care.
* Don't cook. Eat healthy leftovers or try "healthy fast food" such as: Panera Bread, Jason's Deli, Au Bon Pain and Chipotle.
* Free your body. Stand up from your desk chair, stretch, and take a walk. Deep breathe. Have more time? Check out a free Yoga or Pilates YouTube video, even it's just for 5 minutes!
