Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie Recipe

I just love this Smoothie recipe from Bob's Red Mill. One of my clients introduced me to Chai protein powder and I'm hooked when I want to change up the breakfast smoothie!

Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie Recipe

1/3 C Chai Protein Powder
1 C Vanilla Almond milk
2 Medjool Dates
1/2 C Rolled Oats
1/2 Ice Cubes
1-2 C Kale leaves (Melanie's addition- can't forget the greens!)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy the cookie flavor!

Oats are full of protein and give strength to your body. We all must try to eat the hygienic food while making at home.
